Kew Orchid Festival

Step into a spectacular world of colour, fragrance and tropical beauty at the Kew Gardens Orchid Festival 2027. Held in the stunning Princess of Wales Conservatory, Kew’s annual celebration of orchids is a highlight of the winter season, transforming the glasshouse into an immersive floral display.

Visitors can expect an incredible variety of orchids alongside imaginative, large-scale botanical displays and plant sculptures. Each year the festival takes inspiration from a different theme or region, combining horticulture, art and Kew’s scientific work to tell a story about the natural world.

The festival is a wonderful opportunity to escape the winter chill and experience a vibrant burst of colour and warmth. As well as showcasing the beauty of orchids, Kew uses the event to highlight the importance of plant conservation and the work being carried out to protect threatened species around the world.
