Chloe is the Operations Director at Galloway and has been a key part of the team for over six years. With more than 20 years experience in the coach industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to everything she does, helping to ensure every journey is safe, reliable, and welcoming.
Chloe thrives on the variety her role brings, no two days or journeys are ever the same. She particularly enjoys the problem-solving side of operations, finding quick and effective solutions while keeping all the moving parts organised and running smoothly. Seeing everything come together is what makes the role so rewarding for her.
Her favourite Galloway trips are the Theatre excursions, where she loves the magic of live performance and the joy it brings to passengers. Chloe believes what truly makes Galloway special is its people. She is incredibly proud of the close-knit team across all areas of the business - from sales and engineering to operations, cleaning, and driving - all working together to deliver a personal, professional service.
Outside of work, Chloe loves travelling, discovering new countries and cultures, and creating special memories with her daughters. Closer to home, she enjoys beach and countryside walks with her dog, embracing the simple pleasures of the outdoors.

Debbie is an Operations Administrator at Galloway and has been part of the team for just under two years. She plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly, handling day-to-day administration, managing invoicing across the business, and ensuring drivers wages are processed accurately and on time.
What Debbie enjoys most about working at Galloway is the strong sense of teamwork and the daily interaction with the drivers. She believes what truly sets Galloway apart is the family atmosphere - everyone is always willing to support one another when needed.
One of Debbies proudest moments was being involved during the Ipswich Town contract, a real highlight of her time with the company so far. Outside of work, she enjoys socialising, walking her dogs, and spending quality time with her family.

Chloe is a Travel Sales Administrator at Galloway and has been part of the team for two years. She plays an important role in supporting customers and the wider team, helping to ensure bookings and enquiries are handled smoothly and efficiently.
What Chloe enjoys most about working at Galloway is the people in the office. She values the friendly, supportive atmosphere and believes its what makes coming to work every day enjoyable. Her favourite Galloway trips are anything abroad, which remind her of the memorable holidays Galloway has provided for customers over the years.
Chloe feels that what truly makes Galloway special is the office teams willingness to help one another and work together. One of her proudest moments was helping to run Galloways social media, particularly during the Ipswich Town contract, where it was exciting to see strong engagement and support from the community on Facebook.
Outside of work, Chloe is a dedicated boxer and volunteers as a Level 1 England Boxing coach. She has been boxing for 10 years and won a national title in 2016, continuing to train and share her passion for the sport.
Kerrie is a Galloways Operations Administrator and has been with the company for over two years. She plays a key role in coordinating daily operations by allocating work to drivers, helping to ensure each journey runs smoothly and efficiently.
What Kerrie enjoys most about her role is the strong working relationships shes built with both the operations team and the drivers. She values the sense of trust, teamwork, and open communication, which helps create a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Her favourite Galloway trip is Magic Mike, and she believes what truly makes Galloway special is the people the supportive team and drivers who are always there to help and listen. One of Kerries proudest moments has been organising staff retirement and Christmas events over the past two years, bringing colleagues together outside of work and creating opportunities to connect and celebrate as a team.
Outside of work, Kerrie enjoys spending time with her children, going on holiday, catching up with friends, and relaxing with a good book.

Fran is the Day Trips Co-ordinator at Galloway and has been part of the team since August 2025. She plays a key role in helping guests book trips they can truly look forward to, supporting them every step of the way and making the booking process enjoyable and stress-free.
Fran loves being part of a team that genuinely cares about the work they do and the experience they provide for customers. Her favourite Galloway trips are theatre outings with Wicked and Les Misérables being personal favourites as well as family trips during the school holidays, including Legoland and Colchester Zoo.
She believes what makes Galloway special is its personable approach and the wealth of experience across the whole team, from the office to the drivers. One of Frans proudest moments has been helping guests attend trips they didnt think were possible, always going the extra mile to create memorable experiences.
Outside of work, Fran loves travelling, exploring new cultures, and heading into London to enjoy a West End show whenever she can.
