Back To TopMost of our coaches are equipped with an onboard toilet. Currently, 7 out of 9 coaches have a WC, and with the introduction of new vehicles this will increase to 9 out of 12. We always aim to allocate a coach with a toilet where possible, however this cannot be guaranteed, as last-minute vehicle changes may occasionally be required due to operational reasons.
Back To TopFor theatre trips, the coach will drop off as close to the venue as possible. For all other excursions, drop-off points depend on local access and conditions on the day. Your driver will confirm the exact location during the journey.
Back To TopWhere possible, we aim to include a service stop on the outbound journey. This is dependent on the day’s schedule, journey length, and driver hours, and therefore cannot always be guaranteed.
Back To TopWheelchair access is available, but must be arranged in advance. Passengers are unable to remain seated in their wheelchair unless specific seats are removed to accommodate this. As seats may already be booked, this is not always possible. If passengers are able to transfer to a coach seat, wheelchairs and walking aids can usually be stored safely in the luggage compartment. Please contact us before booking to discuss your individual requirements so we can advise and assist where possible.
Back To TopNo, parking at Colchester FC cannot be paid for in advance. Parking must be arranged on the day using the Ringo app or payment machines on site (cash or card, where available). Please note that parking is managed independently, and we are unable to take responsibility for parking arrangements.
