Day 1
Following a collection from home we head to Faversham, the oldest market town in Kent, bursting with history and located on a winding creek. We continue to our hotel with time to unpack before evening meal.
DDay 2
After a leisurely morning, we enjoy lunch at our hotel (instead of dinner) before departing for Scotney Castle. The lovely castle is dressed for a traditional Christmas, with presents under beautifully decorated trees, children's toys and games on display, and the dining table set for a festive feast. We then head to Bedgebury Pinetum to embark on the mesmerising Light Trail. A one-mile path winds magically through the Pinetum, where the treetops glisten and shimmer as they are drenched in seasonal colour on this festive adventure.
B, DDay 3
After a leisurely breakfast, we make the short journey to the popular McArthur Glen Designer shopping outlet for a little retail therapy before returning home.
