We cannot guarantee where within that category our seats will be allocated and no special seat requests can be taken. Category 2 tickets are also available at a reduction of £15 per person. Day 1
After an early taxi pick up from your home, we travel to Dover for the short sea crossing to Calais. We continue our drive through France, Belgium, Luxembourg and into Germany and our overnight hotel near Saarbrücken.
DDay 2
After breakfast we continue our journey into Austria, to Innsbruck the capital of Tyrol. We check into our overnight hotel in Tyrol and enjoy a typical Tyrolean dinner.
B, DDay 3
We head for Salzburg - the city of Mozart. Our driven guided tour will allow you to see all the important sights, such as Mirabell Palace, Mozart's Residence, Trinity Church, Festival Halls, Mozart Square and Hellbrunn Palace, where we have a short stop. We continue to Vienna and check in to our hotel on the outskirts in time for dinner.
B, DDay 4
Today your tour guide will show you some of the highlights of this charming city on foot, with interesting stories of the Hapsburgs - the imperial family. We visit the Swarovski Crystal Centre and have a little free time in the centre of Vienna. In the afternoon you will have time to relax in the hotel and to prepare for the concert. After an early dinner this evening, the highlight of your stay takes place, as the unforgettable André Rieu charms you with the sounds of Viennese waltzes and operettas. An evening never to be forgotten!
B, DDay 5
We visit the Vienna Woods, including a tour of the Abbey Klosterneuburg finished with some hot mulled wine. A driven city tour of Vienna completes your exploration of this beautiful city. Our evening meal today is taken in a typical Heuriger (wine tavern) with traditional musicians to entertain. A glass of wine at our hotel finishes off a wonderful day.
B, DDay 6
Burgenland, the most easterly province in Austria could, from the landscape, easily be mistaken for neighbouring Hungary. We visit the wine village of Rust and enjoy a traditional Pannonian lunch, before a visit to a wine cellar for a tasting. We return to our hotel for a farewell dinner.
B, DDay 7
Leaving Vienna, we travel towards Nuremberg via Passau, reaching our overnight hotel in time for dinner.
B, DDay 8
Our final night is spent close to Cologne. Enjoy some free time in the city before dinner in our overnight hotel.
B, DDay 9
We continue our journey to Calais, take the short ferry crossing, and join our taxis early evening to make our way home.
